La Follette couldn’t go all the way to Moscow without at least a quick dip over to St. Petersburgh. Urnov helped her get the overnight train and she had a list of people see. Below, one can see how she is already started collecting her Pop-Aganda tchotchkes and even acquired a new hat to wear to the next Women’s March on Washing ton DC!
![]() While in St. Petersburg, La Follette met with curators, artists and Dmitry Vilensky, who just happened to be wearing a T-shirt designed by her husband, a political cartoonist! Vilensky, along with other artists run a Collective called Chto Delat (what is to be done?). The collective created the School of Engaged Art in St. Petersburg which also provides space and resources via Rosa’s House of Culture (https://chtodelat.org ). |
